Booking Terms and conditions
1- This is a non-smoking Building. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the front gate of the Complex.
2- No parties are allowed in the Apartment.
3- Any visitors have to sign in with security so that they are aware of the visitors- guests not allowed to open for their visitors themselves.
4- Departure time is up until 10h00 am and no later.
5- No glassware is allowed by the Swimming Pool area.

On Confirmation the following will be requested:
1. Contactable number on WhatsApp as this is used as means of communication prior to arrival and on the day of arrival.
2. A copy of each guest’s ID who will be staying- A photo on WhatsApp is sufficient (This is for our security team for your security as well as ours)- Please note we require a photo of the entire ID and not only the ID Numbers.
3. Exact time of arrival- as a staff member will be allocated for that time
