The Pelican is a well equipped holiday home situated at The Cove in Langebaan, just 3 minutes' walk from the Leentjiesklip beach. The house is fully self-catered and can accommodate up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms fitted with a queen, double and twin beds. Another single bed is also provided in the indoor barbecue room.

The airy and well-lit living area is an open-plan layout, comprised of a lounge, dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher as an added bonus. The lounge features comfortable sofa seating with a TV and DVD player. The indoor barbecue room is located just off of the living room, separated by glass sliding doors, acting as an additional entertainment area.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

Please refrain from making excessive noise or playing loud music. Any noise that can be heard by neighbours is regarded as excessive.
Only the number of guests on the confirmed booking is allowed to make use of the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
