Overview

This house has 5 bedrooms and five bathrooms. Guests can relax in the spacious lounge area next to a roaring fire in winter. There is also a enclosed outside braai area.

Bedding is provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.

There is a TV, but you have to bring your decoder and smart card for DSTV. Please note that the dish is not compatible with smart decoders like Explora's or PVR's.

Arniston is famous for starry night sky’s as we do not have street lights. The Arniston Beaches have clear rock pools ideal for snorkeling and warm water up to 20 degrees during summer. Hiking along the coast and resting on the memorial benches is a high point. During September whale watching must be added to your list. Arniston is also a well known fishing destination. Watch the local fishermen launch their boats and join in the excitement when they bring home their catch of the day. The Cave, that can only be accessed during low tide, must also be added on your list of things to do.

No loud parties are allowed.
No 21'st or matric parties aloud.
Only permitted number of people (children included) are allowed per property.
If you exceed this number, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Right of admission reserved by management.
No under 21's without proper adult supervision allowed.
Make sure of your choice as you cannot change houses on arrival.
No axes for chopping wood allowed.
No furniture may be moved around under any circumstances.
Use the alarm system of the house/flat as explained in the booklet or by the agent when you check in.
If your house is pet friendly, not that pets are not allowed on any furniture.
No refund for shortened stays.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
