The Upper Deck, Fish Hoek

Deposit and Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with full payment due 7 days prior to arrival at Upper Deck.
Cancellation fee is 50% of total booking up to 21 days prior to the booking thereafter the full fee is payable.

Only the registered number of guests may occupy the accommodation. Guests wishing to sleep visitors must notify the management who will allow extra visitors at its discretion. There will be a charge for these visitors. The guest accepts liability for all minors, and all visitors to the property.

Arrival and departure times:
Check in, after 2pm and check out no later than 10.00am.
Kindly advise us of your expected time of arrival, should you arrive earlier than 2 pm and your apartment is not ready for occupation we will gladly keep you luggage and you can go and do some sightseeing until your apartment is ready for you.

Children and Guest Behaviour:
It should be noted that while children are accepted their behaviour should not cause other guests discomfort in any way. The Guest accepts liability for all minors, and all visitors to the property. The managers have sole discretion in determining whether behaviour is acceptable or not.

Parking:
One bay is allocated per apartment. Visitors are not permitted to park in the Upper Deck private parking area. Parking is at owners risk.

No pets are permitted.
No smoking is permitted inside the apartments.

Specific Apartments:
We reserve the right to change apartment allocations, which are usually based on guest requirements, length of stay and occupancy levels. We do however reserve the right to allocate guests to a different but similar apartment should the need arise.

All Guests are bound the Body Corporate Rules.
A disclaimer must be signed by guests on arrival.

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
