The Views is a lovely, tastefully furnished, 5-bedroom holiday home situated in Calypso Beach in Langebaan, just 300 m from the white sandy swimming beach. Guests can enjoy partial sea views from the upstairs patio.

The house comprises 3 levels with double garages and ample off-street parking. The house comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite. The other 2 bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom. The first level of the house comprises the double garages, a guest toilet, 2 double bedrooms, which have access to a shared bathroom, and a lounge area with a TV. The second level of the house comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, a small lounge area, and the main kitchen. The main bedroom and the lounge are each equipped with a TV. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher for guests convenience.

The third level is the entertainment area and comprises a dining room with a 10-seater dining table and chairs, a guest toilet, and another lounge area with a TV. On the patio leading from the lounge area, is the braai, as well as a Jacuzzi with partial sea views. Linen and bath towels are provided, and guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The Views is conveniently located with access to attractions in and around Langebaan. Club Mykonos is 2.5 km away and the Laguna Mall is 2.3 km away. Guests can visit sea-view restaurants, the West Coast National Park, Buffelsfontein Game Reserve, Langebaan Country Estate and golf course, and the beautiful white beaches that stretch along the Langebaan Lagoon.

Important Information

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R900 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.

Guests are expected to sign a rental agreement with the establishment on confirmation of the booking.

- Excessive noise and loud music are not allowed.
- Only guests as per the booking confirmation will be allowed.
- No smoking is permitted in the property.
- Pets are not allowed on the property, except by special arrangement for guide dogs to aid handicapped or visually impaired guests.
- If any item is missing, broken or damaged at the time of departure, the replacement value will be deducted from the deposit.
- If there are stains on the linen, the linen will be replaced and the replacement value will be deducted from the deposit.
- The breakage deposit is normally refunded within 14 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
