The Way In is a lock-up-and-go self-catering apartment ideally located in Hermanus, and is situated in the slope of Elephant Path within a few steps of the famous Hermanus Country Market and new upmarket sports centre. The centre of town is close by, making this the ideal unit for a small family or a business trip.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children and contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, of which one is an en-suite. The small, neat and compact open-plan kitchen and dining area offers simplicity at its best, allowing for quick meals on the go.

The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, induction plate, a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. There is a dining table and benches. Off this area is a guest toilet and washbasin. Wi-FI is available.

Outside, there is a braai area with a 6-seater outdoor dining table and benches under a lovely pergola, and a built-in braai. Shaded parking is available on the property, behind a gate.

Important Information

* We require breakages deposit equal to one day’s rental. This will be refunded should there be no breakages or losses, paid as part of your balance payment one day prior to arrival. No keys will be handed over without a breakage deposit. Inform us on departure of any breakages, but an inventory will be done after your departure. Refund will be done within 48-72hrs of departure.
* The credit card used to make the booking needs to be present at check in as well as the copy of the owners ID or Passport
* STRICTLY NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE, A R1000 PENALTY WILL BE LEVIED.
• Noise levels are to be kept to an acceptable level and must cease at 10pm (until 08:30). Should Management be notified by neighbours or any third party to the fact that these rules are not been adhered to, all costs related to the management and/or the security company call out will be deducted from the security deposit. Should there be a second violation regarding the above noise levels, the tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately and the security deposit will be forfeited.
*CHECK-IN times are between 14:00 and 18:30 and CHECK OUT strictly at 11:00.

* LATE CHECK IN FEE: R150.00 PER HOUR AFTER 18:30pm
* LATE CHECK OUT FEE: R250.00 PER HOUR AFTER 11:00 am

* Please make sure you lock the house when going out, if no-one will be there and activate the alarm
* Please keep your valuables safe. We are not responsible for any of your missing items in the event of a break-in. This would be for your personal insurance claim. The owners of the property and their letting agents (HomeLegal Realty) are in no way liable for any injury to persons; or loss or damage their possessions during their stay, which includes visitors to tenants)
* Please use all appliances, fittings and furniture for their intended purposes only.
* No items in the house are to be removed from the house for any reason.
* Proof of identity will be required before booking can be confirmed.
* HomeLegal Agent will meet you at the property to hand over the keys. Directions to the property will also be sent to you before arrival date.
