We require a 50% deposit upon booking within 12 hours and the balance 14 days prior to arrival. Booking will be canceled if payment is not received within the stipulated time. Please ensure you use your booking reference number when making payment.

We require an R600 check-out cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
