On the mid level there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a ceiling fan and a dining table and seating. The lounge contains seating, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. The living area has stacker doors opening to a balcony with seating.

Important Information

All booking will incur once off R630 Admin fee. This will be included on the invoice sent once the booking is made.

There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit of R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
