The half-acre includes a lush garden, pool, deck, fire pit, and braai, ideal for relaxing. Views of mountains all around, very private and peaceful. The property is secure with an electric gate and security system. The pool and garden maintained twice a week. Ask about our flatlet for two more guests.

The house is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with many trees, plants and flowers. Hout Bay is for nature lovers, with beaches just 5 minutes from the house, and lots of nearby mountain walks and hikes, such as Twelve Apostles and Constantia Nek.
