Important Information

Terms and Conditions of rental:
1. There are to be no more than the arranged number of guests in the apartment, maximum people including children or less
2. The apartment may not be occupied by anyone other than the renter and pre-approved guests
3. If 1 & 2 are not adhered to stay may be terminated or a per person charge applied
4. Children and Babies count as people too.
5. Guest list needs to be filled in advance on booking
6. No day visitors unless prior arrangement has been made
7. Arrival and Departure times to be adhered to unless plan has been made
8. Disorderly behavior will not be tolerated
9. NO smoking in the apartments ever
10 No events are allowed, big or small or stay terminated
11. Call out fees will be charged to guests account if appliances are broken
12 Any lost keys are charged at R800 per replacement
13 No music or loud noises by 22H00 (10pm)
14.At no time can guests deny staff access to the house.
15.Children need to be kept under parental supervision
16. No pets allowed.
19. Doors need to be closed & locked.
20. No alternations to be done at property or furniture to be moved
21. UniqueStay reserve the right to terminate the stay if any conditions are not met.
22.Damaged goods will be charged at cost plus 20%
23. All bank fees and credit card commissions are for client's account

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
If cancelling 32 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
