1. All guests are required to adhere to the rules and regulations.
2. Please be advised that we do require a R1000 refundable noise deposit. If there are no penalties or fines received, the R1000 will be refunded to you 2-3 days after check-out
3. Children under the age of 12 must always be supervised by an adult.
4. Please follow the admission and supervisory ratio of 1 guardian/supervisor to 2 children.
5. Children under the age of 12 who can swim, must be accompanied by an adult that can swim may make use of the inflatable water park.
6. Guests are always required to wear a life jacket when making use of the inflatable water park.
7. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed on the inflatable water park at any given time.
8. Each guest is permitted to make use of the inflatable water park for a period of 30 minutes.
9. Anyone appearing to be impaired by alcohol and/or drugs will not be permitted onto the inflatable water park.
10. Pregnant women and individuals with a history of medical issues relating to their heart and/or back should not make use of the inflatable water park.
11. Notwithstanding the presence of lifeguards, guests are hereby reminded that the lifeguards are not on-site to supervise the behavior of each guest. Everyone is personally responsible for their guest/s accompanying them to the Lagoon and/or inflatable water park.
12. Food, beverages, glass, and cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the water/on the inflatable water park/pool. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas.
13. Guests are requested to observe the required dress code when swimming or making use of the inflatable water park and wear appropriate attire intended for swimming in the Lagoon, pool, and/or on the inflatable water park.
14. Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Balwin Properties and/or Lagoon Management and/or Estate Management, Theblyde.com Pty LTD will not be liable for any loss and/or damage.
15. Failure to adhere to the rules and regulations as set out may lead to loss/damage and/or serious injury. Lagoon and/or Estate Management reserve the right to remove any guests who engage in illegal, aggressive, and/or inappropriate behavior.
16. Lagoon and/or Estate Management reserve the right to amend the rules and regulations without prior consultation.
17. By entering the Lagoon all guests acknowledge and voluntarily agree to the rules and regulations of the Lagoon and hereby discharge Balwin Properties and/or Lagoon Management and/or Estate Management or Agents for Theblyde.com Pty LTD from any liability which may arise from the contravention of said rules and regulations.
18. No Thongs, G-strings, and underwear will be allowed into the lagoon area, only appropriate swimwear will be allowed.
19. Please be considerate of your neighbors and reduce noise by 10 pm.
20. Please use the parking bay allocated to the unit.
21. Please do not flush any personal items such as sanitary pads or condoms in the toilet, use bags provided, and dispose of them in the bin.
22. Smoking is only permitted on balconies and designated smoking areas in front of the lifestyle center. No smoking in the lagoon area.
23.No floating devices are allowed on the lagoon if it is not hired/let from or supplied by the Aquatic Centre.
24.No hard balls are allowed in the lifestyle center and lagoon area.
Only appropriate swimwear will be allowed in the lagoon area – no thongs and/or G strings will be allowed.
25.Food, drinks, cigarettes, and/or snacks are strictly prohibited and may not be brought into the Lifestyle Centre. Food, drinks, and/or snacks may be purchased from the restaurant in the Lifestyle Centre.
26.The use of drones and/or cameras is not allowed in the Estate.
27.Please keep all communal areas clean and tidy.
28.Please do not leave any rubbish bags outside the apartment, use the green bins provided downstairs next to the building.
29.Please do not throw anything from the balconies, including but not limited to cigarette buds, bottles, and/or any litter.
30.Occupants/guests to check out before 10:00 AM on the day of departure no lagoon access on the day of departure.
31.Contact with our sales team can be made once you have a booking reference number, all booking details will be sent to your email address upon payment and confirmation of your booking.
32. Cardholder & ID/Passport is required at check-in / preferably prior to arrival
