Overview

Villa Del Sol is situated in a secluded part of Margate and within walking distance of the town centre.

Accommodation is offered in 10 identical units. Each unit features a queen-size bed, 2 single beds, and a bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. All linen and bath towels are provided. Amenities include a kitchenette, fans and a TV with DStv channels. Guests also have access to a private patio, braai facilities, lawn and garden.

The units are serviced daily except Sundays and public holidays. They have sea views, except for unit 10.

The resort is fenced and has electronic security gates and a security guard on duty every day. Guests can make use of the communal facilities that include an entertainment area with a swimming pool, a sauna and a laundry.

Please note: Our resort is NOT suitable for parties or functions.
A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your provisional booking, or else your booking will auto expire without notice. The balance of your quotation has to be paid to Villa del Sol via EFT at least two weeks before arrival.

Admin fee: R 295 per unit.
Breakage deposit (refundable): R 800 per unit.
Remember to provide us your banking details to enable us to refund you.
Parking: one motor vehicle is free, additional vehicle (prior arrangement only) R 35 per night.
Arrival time: after 14:00. Departure: before 09:00.
We are child friendly.
We are wheelchair friendly in our Unit No's 1, 2, 3, 4, 9 and 10.
We regret, NO PETS are allowed.
We are a self-catering resort and the bathroom amenities that you will find in the unit, is for your convenience but you should replenish it on your own costs.
We do provide linen and bath towels, please bring your own beach towels.

Remember to make prior arrangements to collect the keys, at least 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
