This gorgeous newly renovated Oranjezicht home offers sheer luxury with incredible views of both Table Mountain, the City Bowl and the Ocean. This home is all about open spaces and living outdoors so fantastic for entertaining, braaing and relaxing. Wooden floors throughout the house create a warm feel plus there are high-end finishes throughout the house. The house exudes pure luxury.

This home has a well equiped open plan kitchen. The expansive lounge and dining room flow onto a large balcony with all the tools for an outside cook-off. Pizza oven, kettle braai & open fireplace for the bbq enthusiast.

The top floor guest room, which leds off the living area, has the best views of the City and Ocean with a spacious en-suite bathroom (shower only). The main bedroom is en-suite and is beautifully and stylishly decorated. It has fantastic French doors that open from the full bathroom & bedroom onto the wooden deck.
A third bedroom also has a en-suite bathroom. It has two single beds that can be converted into a king size bed if requested. This bedroom has French doors which lead out to a courtyard where you can enjoy the view of Table Mountain.

The dark marble tiled pool is one level (1.7m deep) with a long “cocktail” step, electric pool cover super convenient if there are kids around. A 2nd bbq area with outdoor dining table for those fantastic summer feasts.
A TV room flows onto the deck and pool area for the kids or sports fans!

Important Information

Damage deposit:
Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit as well as a valid credit card number as guarantee for the property and its content for any damages caused. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages. A damage deposit of will be requested upon arrival. This damage deposit should be paid in cash or by credit card. Please see your confirmation email to see which method of payment is required. Cash. All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full at check-out, and following an inspection of the property for any damages. Credit card: All deposits paid with a credit card will be refunded to that same card used for payment made, between 4 to 7 days following departure into the property, and after inspection for damages.

Property cleaning:
Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the property in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the property tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge. The property will be cleaned on a daily basis excluding Sundays and public holidays. Cleaning fee is included in the advertised rate.

- Pets are not allowed

Check-in time:
The property will be available as of 14:00h, however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. Please remember we have a fee of R300.00 ( for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00). This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival in cash.

Check-out time:
You should leave the property before or at 10:00. Leaving after 10:00 without prior authorisation will be penalised.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation of a fully paid booking (100% of stay) , there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival: 30-89 days before: 50% of the total amount. Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount. In the event that the guest changes the dates or property, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy. If BookNow is not able to provide the client with the property that s/he booked, the client will be informed and will be offered a new property with similar features. If both parties are not able to reach an agreement, the client will be refunded the amount paid, subject to the following conditions: 100% of the rental amount before arriving to the property. The percentage corresponding to the days not used of the booked stay.
