This Victorian dame has been fully renovated and modernised to a very high spec. In a perfect location in a quiet and charming street, the house boasts outside entertainment areas with mountain, sea and city views.

The area is safe and is a 5 minute walk to the cafe and restaurant hub of Kloof st. 2 mins walk to the German school. A short drive to Table Mountain or the city (5 min), Camps Bay (7 mins) and the Waterfont (7 mins). Full equipped kitchen, smart tv's, fibre, highest quality linen etc.

Superb layout. Secure parking, although we find it perfectly safe to park in the street. 2 en-suite queen bedrooms, then twin beds that also set up as a king, and an extra full bathroom off the lounge. Open plan modern kitchen and dining area with a large skylight and an open flow towards the main lounge. Then a loft lounge with sofa bed and a generous balcony.
Weber barbecue, outdoor spaces, original wooden floors. Not too hot in summer and not too cold in winter - the perfect base from which to explore Cape Town.
