Built over 3 levels, with views from almost every room, this villa has everything the heart desires – private garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi, a small gym and sauna, expansive entertaining areas and modern fully equipped kitchen.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper level, along with a study and pajama lounge – with ocean views to die for.

The middle level of the house is the open plan entertainment area, complete with indoor braai/BBQ, 2 lounges and a large 10 seater dining table. The kitchen is open plan and has a separate scullery.
