Spacious, easy-flow Upper Constantia villa. Large level garden ,12m swimming pool , poolside bar , games-room & home gym. Downstairs you'll find folding glass doors that separate the living space from the patio with built in barbecue, bar &12 seater dining table. Fully equipped, large bright kitchen , sunny tv room , guest toilet & and ensuite double bedroom complete lower level. Upstairs are 3 large ensuite bedrooms and a separate lounge with tv.

Throughout the house are large windows with great views. All the bedrooms have double sliding doors either opening onto the garden or balcony. All bathrooms have large stand alone showers and 3 have a bath too.
The main living area has a large Smart TV, an open fireplace and an electric pellet fireplace for extra warmth. The bedrooms are carpeted and have a heated towel rail and ceiling fans.
There is a borehole and a filtered private water supply into the house.
The garden is serviced twice a week , comes with sun loungers and umbrella.
There is a small self contained cottage on site where our live-in houskeeper stays.
Extra security by means of private 24hr patrolling guard on the street , alarmed beams connected to 24 hr armed response .

The villa is located in residential area therefore we have to be mindful of the neighbours at all times. Unfortunately, no parties, events and/or similar are allowed at the property. For shoots please message us for a rate. The advertised rate does not apply to shoots.
