Quiet time after 10pm, no loud music in the day or the night.
You may have up to four outside guests in the day time - sadly no no additional guests in the evening on the property without hosts permission.
In the event of complaints from neighbors YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.
Please tip the staff. An average of R100 per guest per day is seen a minimum. The cleaning fee covers only the end of stay clean.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to R10000

Cancellation Policy

No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund.
