Important Information

RESERVATIONS

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the company.
Subject to availability and homeowners approval.
Reservations shall not be binding until;
a. acceptance and confirmation has been received from the Company.

b. guests have signed and returned the booking form to the Company.

PAYMENT TERMS

A booking deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of sending out the reservation quotation.
A balance payment of 50% plus the Breakage Deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival.
If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the provisional booking.
Bookings made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date is required to pay the full amount due (including the refundable breakage deposit).
We reserve the right to ask for full payment on high demand dates.
A once-off non-refundable booking fee of ZAR450,00 is applicable.
A once-off cleaning fee of ZAR2 500,00 is applicable.
A copy of proof of payment should also be forwarded to reservations to obtain final confirmation of the provisional booking.

MINIMUM STAY

A minimum stay of four nights is implemented through-out the year.
A minimum stay of seven to fourteen nights is implemented during Festive Season (15 December – 10 January).
Minimum stay requirements may vary from villa to villa, at the discretion of the homeowner.

UNDER STAYS

There will be no refund for under-stays.
The Company will charge the entire length of stay in the event of any under-stays.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION TERMS

All cancellations need to be communicated in writing to book@booknow.o.za
The booking deposit is non-refundable.
Should the Tenant cancel 45 days prior to the Commencement Date the Tenant can postpone the booking for a period of 12 months subject to availability and the applicable seasonal and periodic rate changes.
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, forfeit their full payment, excluding the breakage deposit.
No show is 100% of the full booking amount due.

An administrative fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations.

We advise all guests to take out cancellation insurance.
