Set in the heart of the exclusive neighborhood of Bakoven and just moments away from the beautiful palm-lined beach of Camps Bay, Villa Vita is a deluxe three-bedroom retreat that promises luxurious style and comfort.

Beautifully designed and with easy access to all the city’s top attractions, this lovely three-bedroomed house is ideal for a family getaway. The house is split over three levels and has direct access to the beach, a protected outdoor barbeque area, and a private swimming pool. Concrete screed floors, touches of wood, and hues of grey and sleet give the retreat a sleek and stylish feel.

Villa Vita is entered on the ground floor which has two bedrooms with twin-to-king beds, built-in cupboards, and air-conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a separate bathroom with a shower and a single vanity, while the second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has access to a balcony and outdoor stairs that lead down the lower-level courtyard, swimming pool, barbeque area, and access to the beach.

The lower level of the house is home to the master bedroom which has a twin-to-king bed, air-conditioning, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with an oval soaking tub, shower, and single vanity. The master bedroom has access to a private courtyard with a swimming pool and a protected barbeque area with a gas barbeque. This level of the house has direct access to the beach and an area with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. There is also a spacious storeroom and a laundry on the lower level.

The upper level of the house features the living and dining spaces. A modern open plan sits between the lounge and dining areas and boasts a breakfast counter with stools, a gas oven, and all the necessary appliances for an easy-holiday living.
An elegant eight-seater dining table is ideal for entertaining, and the lounge has a large comfy couch, flat-screen television, and a gas fireplace for cool evenings. Each end of this level of the house has a balcony with glass railings with views of the sea and the Twelve Apostles mountains above Bakoven.

Villa Vita enjoys air-conditioning throughout, offers off-street parking for two cars, and is fully secure with an alarm and private security. An easy stroll will take you down to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay and its many restaurants, cafés, and buzzing beach bars, while the beautiful blue-flag beaches of Clifton are five minutes away.

**NB: There is construction happening near the Villa. The construction can be noisy, or completely quiet. We cannot give any guarantees on this. Should you proceed with a booking, no compensation can be offered on arrival or during the stay as a result of the construction. Builders holidays usually last from 15 Dec - 15 Jan. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. Important Information

Arrival & Departure
Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure.
We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests, please contact the office to arrange this prior to the date of your arrival.
To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day's rental may be charged.
Upon check-in, you may be required to produce proof of identification and your credit card.
Should guests not check-out at the agreed time on the check-out date, the manager will be entitled to charge for the overstay at a rate of up to double the average rate of their current stay, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes and any legal expenses incurred.
It is important to note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, the guest authorises the Property Manager to utilise their deposit to cover any breakages or damages to the property.

Payment Terms
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking.
A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.

Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification.
We charge a once-off per booking fee of R550.

Smoking Policy
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hubbly bubblies and marijuana.

A minimum fine of R10 000 will be charged if smoking, narghile, shisha, goza, hookah, water pipes, battery powered electronic smoking devices or any other activity that burns tobacco (or similar) takes place indoors on the property or guests/tenants may be requested to vacate the property or both. You will be billed additionally for the cleaning of the property.

Events,Functions and Parties:
Our properties are for accommodation purposes only. No parties, functions, events and/or similar are to be held at the properties under any circumstances. As such no third-party suppliers, caterers, external contractors and/or similar are allowed onto the premises, unless by prior arrangement and written consent by management.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation the guest/agent must immediately notify BookNow in writing. The cancellation date shall be deemed to be the date when such notice is received by BookNow. In the event of cancellation, the following charges shall apply;
Cancellation 31 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be forfeited.
In the event of a Peak booking (any booking falling between 15 December – 10 January):

Cancellation 61 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be forfeited.An administrative fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations.

Amendments or booked dates: Please note that any amendment requests shall be at the discretion of the owner/manager and the company (additional charges will apply, if approved). There shall be no entitlement to a refund in the event that the guest decides to stay for a shorter period than what has been booked and paid for. Also note the rates are based and negotiated based on the originally booked dates. Shortening of stays will result in an increase of the nightly rate, if accepted by the owner/ manager and the company.

**Travel Insurance: Guests are advised to procure suitable insurance covering cancellation and agree to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including “Cancel for any reason cover” at the time of the booking.
