Villa Volante, Graskop

Thank you for booking with us. In preparation for your stay at our guest house, we emphasize some of our house rules;

Guests enter and use the property at their OWN RISK. We reserve the "Right of entry".

No hard-soled shoes or High-heel shoes allowed on room floors at Villa Volante. The Villa is NOT self-catering.

STRICT booking-in time from: 15:00 - 20:00. If, through unforeseen events, you require a later entrance, it can be arranged at R250, but ONLY up to 22:00. NO ENTRANCE will be allowed AFTER 22:00 as quiet time starts at 21:30. Take note: The Villa closes down at 22:00 (10 PM).

Leaving: You have to vacate the Villa before 10:00. If you must leave before 07:00, please remember that other guests are still sleeping. Be considerate.

A breakage deposit of R250 is payable upon arrival, in cash. If nothing is broken/damaged, this will be paid out when you leave.

1. No bedding, towels or any equipment of the room is allowed outside.
2. ANY communal facility that you use (pool, boma, bath room), needs to be cleaned up by yourself.
3. Please do NOT book into our guest house if you plan to drink yourself into a stupor, be rowdy/noisy or a problem for other guests. We have a total of 7 rooms, and ALL our guests deserve a tranquil, quiet and relaxing environment. So if you plan to PARTY, please go elsewhere.
4. Please bring your own beach towels for use at pool.
5. Should you want to use barbecue, bring your own plates and cutlery.
6. It is not allowed to unplug/change electrical setups in our rooms. There really is no need for that. Ripping our electrical equipment from the wall will cost you the full damage deposit.
7. Our rooms are not serviced - meaning while you stay here, we don't make the bed, wash cups or clean the room. Should you require a cleaning service, it can be arranged at R150 per day.
8. No loud music allowed indoors at any time please.

Please note that South Africa may experience electricity load shedding, which could influence our power supply.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
