Designed to create an elegant and sophisticated seaside escape, this split-level, five-bedroom abode combines five-star style with absolute comfort to create a lavish home away from home. Sumptuously furnished, open-plan living areas overflow onto wide terraces with stunning panoramic mountain and sea views. The entrance level of the house enjoys direct access from the double garage, a state-of-the-art theatre room, and a guest bathroom.
A glass elevator and staircase connect all levels of the house and add an element of glamour. Elegantly furnished living areas occupy the second level of the house. Deep-set leather couches, a large dining table for 10-12 people, and a designer kitchen create a chic, open plan space. Exquisite artworks adorn the walls and a guest bathroom can also be found on this level. These gorgeously furnished living spaces flow onto a wide terrace and pool deck with a wraparound pool and magnificent views of Lion’s Head and the Atlantic Ocean.
The sophisticated kitchen houses state-of-the-art appliances, including a fridge/freezer with an ice maker, gas stove, and a bespoke wine fridge, while a sleek breakfast bar seamlessly connects with the open-plan dining area to create the perfect entertaining space.
The spacious terrace has a stylish outdoor lounge and alfresco dining for 10 people. The magnificent wraparound infinity pool is the piéce de resistance with breath-taking views of Lion’s Head and the pool deck has sun loungers, a cantilever umbrella, and an outdoor shower.
Two beautifully decorated bedrooms are housed on the first level with spacious en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. The first bedroom has a standard king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and oval bathtub. The second bedroom has a twin-to-king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom opens out onto the pool deck and terrace with ocean views, while the second bedroom has lovely mountain views.
The glass elevator or the staircase takes you up to the second floor, where two master bedrooms and the third bedroom room can be found. Elegance and luxury flow through both the master bedrooms, which boast sumptuous furnishings, creamy tones, and spectacular ocean views.
The first master bedroom has a king extra-length bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large limestone bath and walk-in shower. This room has a large, wall-mounted flat-screen television, a walk-in closet area, a work desk, and access to a large, shared balcony with outdoor seating and spectacular views.
The second master bedroom has a twin-to-king extra-length bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with an oval bath and a double walk-in shower. This room has a large, wall-mounted flat-screen television, a work desk, and access to the shared balcony with outdoor seating and spectacular views.

Vista Del Mare has a double garage and off-street parking for several cars. The house is fully secure with an alarm and offers a dedicated housekeeper to take care of all your needs. A short drive will take you to the bustling palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay with its plethora of beach bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Table Mountain Cableway and the V&A Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
Important: The property manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by SUPERHOG. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that SUPERHOG is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a large physical damages deposit prior to arrival. An upfront small payment towards your damage deposit/Waiver will be requested to complete your verification process.

Important Information
Arrival & Departure
Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure.
We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests, please contact the office to arrange this prior to the date of your arrival.
To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day's rental may be charged.
Upon check-in, you may be required to produce proof of identification and your credit card.
Should guests not check-out at the agreed time on the check-out date, the manager will be entitled to charge for the overstay at a rate of up to double the average rate of their current stay, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes and any legal expenses incurred.
It is important to note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, the guest authorises the Property Manager to utilise their deposit to cover any breakages or damages to the property.
Payment Terms
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking.
A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification.
We charge a once-off per booking fee of R550.
Smoking Policy
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hubbly bubblies and marijuana.
A minimum fine of R10 000 will be charged if smoking, narghile, shisha, goza, hookah, water pipes, battery powered electronic smoking devices or any other activity that burns tobacco (or similar) takes place indoors on the property or guests/tenants may be requested to vacate the property or both. You will be billed additionally for the cleaning of the property.

Events,Functions and Parties:
Our properties are for accommodation purposes only. No parties, functions, events and/or similar are to be held at the properties under any circumstances. As such no third-party suppliers, caterers, external contractors and/or similar are allowed onto the premises, unless by prior arrangement and written consent by management.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation the guest/agent must immediately notify BookNow in writing. The cancellation date shall be deemed to be the date when such notice is received by BookNow. In the event of cancellation, the following charges shall apply;
Cancellation 31 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be forfeited.
In the event of a Peak booking (any booking falling between 15 December – 10 January):
Cancellation 61 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be forfeited.An administrative fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations.
Amendments or booked dates: Please note that any amendment requests shall be at the discretion of the owner/manager and the company (additional charges will apply, if approved). There shall be no entitlement to a refund in the event that the guest decides to stay for a shorter period than what has been booked and paid for. Also note the rates are based and negotiated based on the originally booked dates. Shortening of stays will result in an increase of the nightly rate, if accepted by the owner/ manager and the company.
**Travel Insurance: Guests are advised to procure suitable insurance covering cancellation and agree to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including “Cancel for any reason cover” at the time of the booking.
