As you enter Water’s Edge 402, you are welcomed into a world of wrap-around views and open-plan living. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this ocean-view oasis is a relaxing space for couples and families on their Camps Bay Beach holiday.
BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms in the property, all with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, ample cupboard space and plenty of natural light. Enjoy direct access to the pool through the sliding doors.
The second bedroom with its king bed also offers pool access. A modern dressing table and bright decor add to the luxury feel.
The third bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to form a queen bed; just let us know your preference.
BATHROOMS:
The house has 3 elegant and pristine bathrooms, all ensuite, giving everyone their own space. The master bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower, large oval bathtub, double sinks, and generous counter space. The second and third bathrooms also offer gorgeous tile showers, with an attention to detail that rivals the finest hotels.
Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, hair dryers, and towels all provided. There is a washer and dryer available for your use.
KITCHEN:
Fix small snacks to full meals in the spotless and fully-equipped kitchen, complete with state of the art appliances and large island. Its open-plan layout and spacious counters will allow the whole family to join in the cooking. Appliances include a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
The solid wood dining table seats 10 and is great for games nights plus delicious dinners. The kitchen/dining area opens directly onto the covered patio, offering lovely sea and mountain views from every part of the open-plan space.
LIVING ROOM:
Comfortable and beautifully decorated, the living room features a large L-shaped sofa, plush chairs, and a massive flat-screen TV. Its decorative plants, tasteful decor, and neutral tones make it the perfect place to chill with family and friends. This gorgeous space opens out onto another seating area on the patio, and the glass doors let in plenty of natural light. Listen to gentle music with top-end surround sound for a relaxing ambience, or curl up on the sofa with your favorite holiday read.
OUTSIDE SPACE:
The private plunge pool and sprawling patio overlooking the ocean complete this paradise. Take your morning coffee out and enjoy the soothing sounds of the sea. With cushioned furniture and incredible sunsets, this outdoor haven is the ideal place to rest after a long hike on Lions Head.
On warm summer nights, why not grill up a feast on the braai?
For a change of pace, head to the tranquil Bali beach, only a stone’s throw away. It’s a semi-private space known only to locals.
