There is a large chefs kitchen which is fully furnished and equipped with all you will need to cook up a storm.

The lounge area boasts a comfortable seating area as well as an indoor fireplace. There is a lso a TV with DSTV and there is internet available.

There is also a quaint quad with braai facilities for guests to utilise with large shutters opening onto the beautiful bay.

Please bring your own decoder and card for DSTV as there is no PVRS.

A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof will be charged for any arrival later than 19h00, unless prior arrangement has been made.
Check Out Time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay.

-Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check out time.
-No Parties allowed unless prior arrangements were made and only the amount of guests per house allowed.
-A R650 Key & Breakage deposit is payable with the deposit or on arrival and is refundable within 5 - 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
If cancelling 365 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
