All properties at Rangers Reserve are no smoking policy inside any building. Well behaved pets are welcome. Please ensure they do not chase the wildlife. We are a nature reserve, please ensure you leave all flora and fauna.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
15% administrative fee applies to all cancellations
