Guests will be welcomed by an open plan living space on the lower level of the house, finished with modern decor. The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay and includes a washing machine for your convenience. The quaint dining area seats four guests and provides an intimate setting to enjoy all your favourite meals. A very inviting lounge area with plush seating, a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan makes it the ideal spot to kick back and unwind. There is a guest toilet on this floor for added convenience. The glass sliding doors in the lounge bath the room with an abundance of natural light and lead you out to a private garden with undercover outside seating and lush lawns.

The beautifully maintained bedrooms and bathrooms are housed in the upstairs section of the house. The main bedroom features a queen size bed, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom which offers a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom also provides a queen size bed, a ceiling fan but makes use of a shared bathroom including a shower, toilet and basin. All linen and towels are provided with your stay.

Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.
Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.

An administrative fee of 17.25% will apply to all cancellations.
