A booking fee and a departure cleaning fee will be charged per booking.

A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
This property offers a sleeper couch for children under 12 years old. If you would like to use the sleeper couch, please inform your consultant, as an additional fee will apply.
A Weber grill will be provided for braaiing, and upon special request for long-term stays (over 7 days), a gas grill can also be made available.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.
Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
An administrative fee of 17.25% will apply to all cancellations.
