Cancellations 7 days and fewer before arrival and in case of no-show 100% of the booking total will be forfeited. Nevertheless we regret that the owners, management, servants and agents hereby stipulate that they are unable to accept liability or responsibility for any injury loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, whether arising from negligence or from any other cause of whatever nature, which is suffered by any person who enters the premises or by the dependants or principals of such person, and it is hereby recorded that entry occurs absolutely at own risk and that the owners, management, servants and agents are released from and indemnified against any and all claims of whatever nature, unless the occurrence of such claim can be attributed to any circumstances within owners, management, servants and agents reasonable control. Kindly take note of the specific rules pertaining to the use of the pool area at the Skilliepark villa including that drunk and disorderly behaviour is not acceptable and that the pool may only be used between the hours of 06h00 and 19h00. We will specifically not accept any responsibility about loss of property: injury or death if the pool is used in any way in contravention of these rules. Please ensure that your valuables are not left unattended as we will not accept liability with regards to the disappearance or damage of valuable items of any guests or visitor, unless such disappearance or damage has regard to any situation within the business's reasonable control. A safe is provide at each dk villa for your use.

Key & breakage deposit

A key & breakage deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is payable with the deposit or cash on arrival and is refundable within 5 - 7 working days, after the villa has been scrutinised and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit having been received.

Minimum stay required

2 nights in low & mid-season
3/4 nights over long weekends
4 nights over Easter weekend
7 nights in high season

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
